To help minimize the pain and emotional trauma of childlessness; something no couple
should need to endure, certainly not due to a lack of financial means.
Any couple struggling to pay for fertility treatments can apply to the organization for financial assistance. This includes but is not limited to: fertility workup, IUI, IVF, medications and lab work.
Couples accepted into the foundation will be able to submit forms for reimbursement or direct payments can be sent to the vendors.
On our website there is a to get help button. This will lead to a couple of questions that couples will fill out, so that we can evaluate your individual issue. Board members with rabbinical supervision will review each case and get back to the couple in a timely manner.
The amount offered for assistance is determined on a case-to-case basis. We will always try our best to help cover as much of the cost as we possibly can!
At the Amy Fund we assure privacy and confidentiality. Rabbi Fogel along with Rachel Straus will exclusively review all information within the application. Once an application is accepted for assistance, the foundation will issue that couple an identification number, insuring absolute privacy.
